A Soccer Shots Session Includes:

• » Activities that promote development in each early childhood domain

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of equipment will my child need to participate?

Your Soccer Shots coach will provide all of the equipment needed at each of our classes (i.e. soccer balls, cones, goals, etc). Your child should wear activity/weather appropriate clothing and bring their own water bottle to each session. Cleats and shin guards are not necessary (optional).

What happens if a class is canceled?

Soccer Shots will make every effort to make up all canceled classes during the course of a season. Specific information about make-ups will be emailed to all families enrolled in the class.

• School Locations: We typically extend the season by a week. If needed, we may schedule a make up class on another day and will let parents know if that is the case.

• Public Locations: We will extend the season by a week, up to two weeks per season. If we cancel more than 2 weeks in a season, we will issue a credit to parents for any classes we are unable to make up.

How will I know if a class is canceled?

Soccer Shots will notify you by email and post on our social media of any cancellations and make up class details. Follow us on our Instagram or Facebook.

• Public Locations ONLY: We will notify you of cancellations at least 1-2 hours before the start of the class via email and social media postings. We will give as much notice as possible, however, occasionally a decision regarding weather will be closer to 1 hour ahead of the class time. If you do not hear from us, class is on as scheduled.

When will they receive their jersey?

Children will be mailed a jersey to the address on file when the annual registration fee is paid (paid every 365 days). If you would like to purchase an additional jersey (different styles or long sleeve jerseys are available) or other Soccer Shots swag, visit our store HERE!

REFUND POLICY:

• The Annual Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled class.

• Refunds will not be issued for any unscheduled cancellation by site staff.
• Refunds will not be issued for any school, site or field closure due to natural disaster, government emergency, health crisis or force majeure (act of god).
• Refunds will not be issued after first day of classes

• Full refunds will only be issued (minus a $15 processing fee apply) when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 15 days prior to scheduled season start
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a makeup class.

• A $15 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

• All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to a Soccer Shots representative at inlandempireEast@soccershots.org.
